Terms and Conditions of Sale for Wholesale Customers: To be Considered for Wholesale Orders: Customer must be a legitimate retail operation occupying a retail storefront from which they will sell Simple Pleasures products Customer must provide State and Federal tax I.D. at time of order Customer must provide commercial billing and shipping address Opening Orders New customers must provide a Credit Card with opening orders. Minimum opening orders in each category: Simple Pleasures Night & Day- $500 Simple Pleasures Baby- $250 Simple Pleasures Little Lady- $250 Combination of Baby/Little Lady- $400 Customers who have not reordered within 6 months will be required to reestablish themselves as a current account by meeting our opening order minimums. Reorders A current account must be in good standing with no delinquent balance before any reorders can be processed. Your credit card number may be kept on file and used for any reorders Customers wishing to establish credit terms on reorders will need to provide trade and bank references. To expedite this process we suggest that the customer send written permission to their bank and trade references granting permission for Simple Pleasures to conduct a normal credit inquiry. Minimum reorder is $250 for Simple Pleasures Night and Day, $150 for Simple Pleasures Baby or Simple Pleasures Little Lady. We will process special orders that do not meet the minimum reorder for a surcharge of $20. Backorders Out-of-Stock items will be backordered until we receive them from our factory. In the case of items with an unusually long lead-time, one of our customer service associates will notify you of its availability. We do not ship backorders without verbal permission or standing arrangements. Returns Acceptance of any returns must be approved by our corporate office and must be accompanied by a return authorization number issued by our customer service department. Sales representatives are not authorized to approve returns. No return will be accepted or credit issued later than ten (10) days after the shipping records indicate that the customer received the parcel. No returns or credits will be issued on garments that are not laundered according to our care instructions. Retailers must keep this in mind if their customer is returning a laundered garment. The laundry instructions for all Simple Pleasures products are as follows: Cold Water Wash Hang Dry No Bleach Additional fees A $25 service fee will be charged for each returned check. Past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% late charge each month Canceled orders are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
